This study aimed to examine the current status of psychological resilience among rehabilitation nurses and to identify its influencing factors based on the dynamic system model of psychological resilience, thereby providing a theoretical foundation for the development of interventions aimed at enhancing psychological resilience in this population. A total of 384 rehabilitation nurses from a tertiary hospital were recruited between November 2023 and March 2024.
