To evaluate the impact of Family-Centered Care (FCC) practices on parental stress, anxiety, and depression among parents of children admitted to a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This prospective observational study was conducted over one year (September 2024-August 2025) in a PICU of a tertiary care teaching hospital in North India. Children aged 1 mo to 18 y admitted for more than 24 h were included. Parental psychological assessment was performed within 72 h of admission using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and the Parental Stressor Scale (PSS). FCC compone
