The Challenge, Hallucination, Imagery, and Motor Suggestion Scale (CHIMSS) is a novel set of imaginative suggestions that each demand the utilisation of phenomenological control. This scale consists of three suggestions of each type: motor suggestions for arm levitation, hands coming together, and head nodding; challenge suggestions for hands stuck together, fingers stuck together, and arm immobilisation; imagery involvement suggestions for a beach scene, an animal-identification scene, and a future scene; and hallucination suggestions for a mosquito, two tastes, and hearing a song playing aut
