Background: Developmental screening and responsive caregiving are essential components of early childhood healthcare. Parenting styles may be associated with developmental screening outcomes. Objectives: To examine the association between parenting styles and developmental screening categories among children aged 2 to 5 years in Sukabumi, Indonesia. Methods: This quantitative cross sectional study included 260 mother–child pairs recruited through reported cluster random sampling.
