The study explores the dehumanizing experiences of genderism and transphobia among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) individuals in Filipino novels. The study used a qualitative method of research in exploring queer people’s experiences, behavior, beliefs, opinions, and emotions in detail, which are reflected in the novels under study.
