Abstract Background: The transgender community faces substantial social and health challenges, with gender dysphoria being a prominent health concern. Gender affirmation plays a critical role in alleviating gender dysphoria. This cross-sectional study explored the utilization patterns of gender-affirming care (GAC) among transwomen in Delhi, India, and analyzed its association with socio-demographic factors.
