The Fireside Database: Large-scale evidence from 25,419 psychedelic support interactions

Most psychedelic experiences occur outside clinical settings, yet as policy frameworks rapidly expand to accommodate nonclinical use, no systematic data exist on who seeks psychedelic support, under what circumstances, or what makes that support effective.
